A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments and will be applied to your service total. Clients must give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being canceled or shortened and will still be charged at the full service price. Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred one (1) time only to a future appointment. After one transfer, a new deposit is required.
